Each group in the project is reading a specific book. Your group will need to choose a scene from your book that you will film.
Creating a scene for a movie involves many components such as research, scriptwriting, and storyboarding. Please go to pbltech.org and find the article on film production. Read the article and focus on the sub articles on research, scriptwriting and storyboarding to become familiar with these terms.
Based on what you read in the film production article, determine the plot, theme, characters, dialogue, setting, and conflicts that your film will portray. Also, consider background music that will enhance your scene.
By October 17th, each groups will post this information for review.

Double Dutch
The book Double Dutch is about these two and Tubu and Tatian Tolliver and they pretty much stay to their self. They are dangerous and have threath to hurt people on national t.v. everyone is scared and on top of all that they have a double dutch contest coming soon.

The book is called Double Dutch and the conflict of the story might be between the Toliver Twins and all the kids at school and between there parents.The setting might be taking place at school and at the double dutch championship. i am making a movie on the movie staying fat for sarah burns.There is a kid named Eirc and he has a eating disorder and he is not that hot as they say and he has a friend Sarah she got burn't in a fire.They write about stuff that isn't in the paper like the new looks and the way people look and they get sent to the office and im ganna leave you guessing about the rest so watch the movie.

In this book there are many different characters such as the tolliver twins, Randy, Yo Yo, and Delia. Yo Yo and Delia are scared of the tolliver twins becasue of the rumors that have been going around the school about them. Delia has never been able to read and has gotten away with it up until Yo Yo found out about it. One day when Randy was at home he was watching T.V. and saw that the Tolliver twins were on a talk show episode.

The story is about Luther T. Farrell and how he has to deal with a lot of things like his mom the Sarge,Chester X,Darnell Dixon,and Dontay Gaddy. This kids life is all topsy turvy i hope u engoy this book like i did.

my books characters are sara burns and this other fAT KID THEY BOTH GOT IN TROUBLE BECAUSE THEY WROTE A NEWSPAPER ARTICAL ABOUT PEOPLE AT THHE SCHOOL THEY CALLED IT KRISPY PORK RINDS IT WAS SAYING THING THAT THE USUAL NEWSPAPER WONT SAy. the principal told him he would let him off if he didnt write that kind of project agian and then his friend sara said lets write kispy pork rinds 2 all this happens at the school. then sara got in a fight with the school bully because he wanted her money and she didnt want to give it up over her warm living body he beat her but she never gave it to him and she isnt going to give it to him so he left her alone ....
